Marketing Executive, Loyalty & Customer Experience (CRD-ME-LOYALTY)
Duties
  • Support and implement the loyalty program and customer experience development
  • Support daily operations and administration of the team
  • Coordinate with various function units to support on marketing materials production, channel broadcasting, system and workflow enhancement
  • Liaise with business partners on implementation of privileges development and/or event
  • Assist on member cases investigation
  • Prepare regularly reports
  • Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Previous marketing experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Independent team player, proactive, mature and detailed-mind
  • Attentive to details and diligent
