Assistant Marketing Manager, Direct Marketing (DE-AM-DM)
Duties
  • Work with internal marketing teams to implement direct marketing campaigns
  • To provide data mining activities such as campaign performance analysis and monthly reports, customers segmentation and targeting for campaigns
  • Track effectiveness of e-communications including eDM and SMS to benchmark results and suggest improvements
  • Ensure the e-communications have been complied with internal contact rules and external regulations
  • Assist in customer profiling and segmentation
  • Arrange the promotion schedule and the targeting criteria of each campaign
  • To support campaign performance and tracking with defined KPIs for different campaigns, and data consolidation, analysis
  • Identify new and insightful ways of communicating analytical outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
  • University qualification in marketing or related area
  • At least 6 years’ related working experience in Direct Marketing, Database Marketing or Marketing Communications
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Organized and possess good project management skills
  • Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct Chinese and English copy
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
