Account Executive, Corporate Clients (CD-AE-SME)
Duties
  • Provide full range of account services (sales and customer service) proactively to corporate customers in contact centre
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries from customers, liaise with related parties for follow up actions in a professional manner in contact centre
  • Well coordinate with other departments to smoothen daily operations
Requirements
  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above with 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Sales experience will be advantageous
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, meticulous, independent with the ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Energetic and able to work well under pressure
