Administration Assistant (BM-AA)
Duties
  • Provide client & sales administration support
  • Handle and complete courier orders raised by Sales Team
  • Responsible for data entry and reports preparation
  • Work closely with other teammates to ensure all sales orders are completed on time
Requirements
  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in customer service field or call center
  • Previous working experience gained from telecom industry will be an advantage
  • Good in PC skills e.g. MS Excel and Word
  • Good command in English & Chinese
  • Good communication skills and a team player
