Senior Customer Care Officer, Complaint Handling (CD-CCO-CH)
Duties
  • Handle customer feedback & complaints in written/verbal format
  • Responsible for case investigation
  • Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements
  • Matriculated or above with at least 4 years' customer service experience in telecommunication industry
  • Experience in compiling business correspondence
  • Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered
