Customer Service Officer, FB & Email (CS-CSO-FB)
Duties
  • Handle and answer customer enquires on social media
  • Follow up and investigate customer complaints and ensure complaints are settled with satisfactory closure on the Wall
  • Report and analyze customer feedbacks and complaints on social media regularly
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Communication, Multi-Media or related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ customer service experience, preferably in telecommunication industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good Knowledge in PC skills such as MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese WP
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure
