# “Consumers’ No.1 Best Preferred 5G Network” is based on results obtained from study conducted by market research company NuanceTree, as commissioned by SmarTone. 771 post-paid SIM card users were interviewed via online survey and street interviews between July and Sep 2020.

^ “The Widest Coverage in HK” is based on results obtained from SmarTone's road test conducted on 04 May 2022. The route of the road test covers major roads including expressways, trunk roads, tunnels and bridges. 5G coverage is defined as spot with received 5G radio signal level not weaker than -95dBm.

“Extra Rewards up to $550” is calculated based on the Hang Seng Credit Card customer offer selected, of which customers can enjoy Extra Up to $250 Monthly Fee Rebate Offer and Free “Data Guard” Service for 12 months Offer (Value: $300).

* Monthly fee $318/$398/$468 are based on the original monthly fee $398/$498/$598for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a rebate of $80/$100/$130 per month credited to the customer during the contract period. After expiry of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

▲ Upon subscription of a designed 5G SIM Only Service Plan (20GB/80GB/150GB/200GB/280GB) under fixed term contract, the customer can enjoy extra 22GB/30GB/30GB/20GB/50GB Local Data offer per month during the contract period.

Local data top-up fee will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis. 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage of a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may purchase a top-up by replying to the SMS to that will be valid until the end of this bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the monthly allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume local data service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance reloaded.

“Mainland China and Macau Data Pack” Service Rebate: Subscription to Mainland China and Macau Data Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Mainland China and Macau Data Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract period, the prevailing service fee will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.

Fixed-Term contract is not required for “SmarT Data Bank”.Service will be provided and charged on monthly basis. Monthly fee $18 of “SmartT Data Bank” is based on the original monthly fee $88 for “SmarT Data Bank”, after credit of a contract rebate of $70 per month to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. After the expiry of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing fee for the same service if the customer continues to use the service.

“Talk Freely Pack” Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan and the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited for the number of days of usage during the bill cycle on a pro rata basis(If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. After the expiry of the contract period, the prevailing service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription)

The offer is only applicable to +New Customer. Customer is required to subscribe a designated service plan, sign a designated fixed-term contract subscription and pay an admin fee of $18 per month . Customer is further required to prepay designated amount of service fee and admin fee. The amount of required service fee prepayment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by the customer.

Terms and Condition For 5G service plan:

5G SIM Only Monthly Plan: The account registrant shall be responsible for the specified service plan and responsible all fees payable for the monthly bill of the specified service plan. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with “DataRoam Plan”. Add-on SIM card: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the specified 5G service plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 Add-on SIM cards. Up to 2 Add-on SIM cards can be subscribed for each of “4.5G Full Speed Add-on SIM card” and “4.5G 21Mbps Add-on SIM card” The contract of each Add-on SIM card will expire on the same expiry date of the 5G service plan contract. Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all Add-on SIM cards. The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all Add-on SIM cards will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan. Extra Local Data Offer: Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. (Applicable to customers opting for 5G Add-on SIM cards) Customers who subscribe 2 to 4 5G Add-on SIM can enjoy extra 50GB Local Data per month for the 2nd to 4th 5G Add-on SIM during the contract period. The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM cards subscribed by customer. Mainland China and Macau Data Pack: The Mainland China and Macau Pack ("this service plan") monthly data allowance can be shared in mainland China and Macau. The Service plan is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service plan must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan. The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Mainland China and Macau Pack (Free "Easy Number" Service only applicable to Primary SIM Card). The Customer who subscribe Mainland China and Macau Pack should also activate Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. When the Customer is within the location of mainland China and Macau, and if the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds Mainland China and Macau Pack monthly allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Data Roaming Day Pass or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer. When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than mainland China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Data Roaming Day Pass or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer. Mainland China and Macau Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services or designated Roaming Data Plan. Mainland China and Macau Pack cannot be subscribed separately in conjunction with "Easy number" Service (excluding the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM cards of the designated plan). (Applicable to designated plan) Mainland China and Macau Pack is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the monthly roaming data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card. The customer should download the Add-on Numbers / Easy Number app to use the service. Customer must agree and comply with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for mainland mobile numbers. Customer is required to download the Add-on Numbers / Easy Number app to submit personal information, designated identification documents and a recent photo of the mobile service plan account holder. The service will be activated within 2 days after document submission for Registration of True Identity Information. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V126 for details. Unlimited Local Data: Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps. For the main SIM card and “5G Add-On SIM card” (If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps in 5G network; for “4.5G Full Speed Add-On SIM card” and “4.5G 21Mbps Add-On SIM card” plan(If applicable), data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps in 4G network. “Smart Data Bank” Service: Any unused designated local data and designated China and Macau data under designated 5G service plan before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel “Smart Data Bank” Service. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.

Talk Freely Pack Service: The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer. Monthly Fee Rebate: Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly during the term of designated 5G Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). If the customer changes /upgrades to other service plans during the term of the designated service agreement, the entire rebate amount / remaining balance of rebate amount will be forfeited Rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund under any circumstances.

5G Add-On SIM Subscription Offer: Customer can enjoy Monthly Fee Rebate for each 5G Add-On SIM upon subscription of a designated 5G service plan under fixed-term contract and 5G Add-On SIM card subscription at the same time. Monthly fee rebate will be credited to the customer monthly upon the activation of each designated 5G Add-on SIM card Service Plan according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). Total rebate/ remaining rebate will be forfeited if the customer changes /upgrade to other service plans within the rebate credit period. The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund. Customer can enjoy $50 Supermarket coupon for 4.5G Add-On SIM card subscription. Available while stocks last. Amount of Monthly Fee Rebate and/or supermarket coupon entitled depend on the 5G service plan, category of Add-On SIM & number of Add-On SIM selected.

Supermarket coupons Offer: Amount of supermarket coupon to be given will depend on the contract subscription selected by customer. The coupons are available while stocks last. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. The use of Supermarket Coupon is subject to the relevant merchant’s terms and conditions. Special Handset Price: Customers can enjoy Special Handset Price for designated handset purchase upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract. A prepayment of designated amount is required (If applicable). Each designated service plan contract subscription is entitled to the Offers once only, and entitled to one handset only. Upon subscription of a designated service plan under fixed-term contract, Customers can settle Special Handset Price by one-off payment or by iPhone for Life program. Customers can enjoy 12 months' Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™” for free upon designated handset purchase.

iPhone for life: Only applicable to customer(s) holding designated Credit Card issued by Hang Seng bank, HSBC bank or DBS bank ("Bank"). Customer can enjoy iPhone for Life for the designated iPhone (“Product”) purchase at the designated handset price payable by, interest free and handling charge free instalment plan and “Product Return Service” to obtain the applicable Buy-Back Value. iPhone for Life is not applicable to handset purchased by using designated handset & accessories credit offer. • Product Return Service: Customer shall have the option to return the Product and obtain the applicable Buy Back Value, subject to the following conditions: he/she must return the Product within 21 days after 24 months from the Product Purchase Date. Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™: SmarTone Screen Replace™ is provided by Avo Insurance Company Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (collectively “Avo”). Upon accidental physical damage of the designated Smartphone/Wearable devices screen and/or its back cover, Avo will reimburse the cost of screen/ back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace. The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice (must include the IMEI number of the device) from the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by Avo. The maximum amount of the smartphone reimbursement is HK$3,000 per claim. The maximum amount of the wearable device reimbursement is HK$1,500 per claim. The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the designated handset/Wearable devices screen as well as back cover, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by Avo, offer a replacement as the only option for repair, Avo may exercise discretion and will reimburse up to 60% on the cost of replacement, subject to the maximum limit per device. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and Avo's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final. Subject to relevant terms and conditions.
