  • Customers have a choice to choose the thereafter local data charge basis on 'Advise and Consent' or Standard charge basis when subscribe to above monthly plans.
  • 'Advise and Consent‘ basis
    At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the allowance, an SMS will be sent to the customer to advise of this. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up which can be used for the remaining period of the bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new month's data allowance.   • Standard thereafter local data charge: $0.0009/KB, thereafter local data charge capped at $500/month. When a customer under 4G plan has reached the monthly thereafter data ceiling charge at $500, the customer can still continue to use the service and the data access speed (upload and download) will not be restricted to less than 256kbps. However, the actual data transmission speeds may vary due to local conditions and other conditions which may arise.

  • When a customer under 4G plan has reached the monthly data usage of 10GB, the customer can still continue to use the service and the data access speed (upload and download) will not be restricted to less than 256kbps.
