Payment Methods

Settle your bills with autopay. It's more convenient and you can earn points on your credit card. Register now for credit card autopay. Other payment methods are also available.

Autopay

Settle your bills using credit card / bank account autopay. Simply visit one of our stores and bring along with your credit card / bankbook or bank statement to complete the autopay application. Bank account autopay will take about two to five weeks to process. You will be notified by post from your bank once approved. Credit card autopay will come into effect on your next bill.

Phone Banking

If you have an HSBC or Hang Seng Bank phone banking account, you can make your payment by dialing the designated hotline. Please refer to your bank for details.

ATM

  • Jetco - "JetPayment"

Choose “Bill Payment” and then select “SmarTone”. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to key in your mobile telephone number or service number and the total amount due.

Payments made through Jetco and HSBC / Hang Seng Bank will take 30 minutes and 2 working days respectively to process. Please allow sufficient processing time before payment due date.

At SmarTone stores

Payment by cheque, cash, EPS or credit card will be accepted at selected stores.

By Post

To settle the bill by post, simply prepare a crossed cheque to "SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited" for mobile service or fibre broadband service along with the remittance slip to "P.O. Box 35, General Post Office". Please write your name or company name and mobile telephone number or service number on the back of your cheque. Please allow 3 working days for payment transaction to be processed.
