Payment Methods
Settle your bills with autopay. It's more convenient and you can earn points on your credit card. Register now! Other payment methods are also available for you to choose from.
Autopay

Credit Card Autopay - You can click here to complete the application for autopay service; or download and complete the application form and bring it along with you your credit card to one of our stores for arrangement. The autopay service will come into effect from the next bill date.

Bank Account Autopay - You can download and complete the application form, then submit it to your bank in person, or visit one of our stores for arrangement. Please bring along your bank documents such as bank statement and ATM Card for verification. It takes about two to five weeks to process. You will be notified by your bank by post once your application is approved.


Online Payment

Payment via SmarTone Website / SmarTone CARE app
You can login to your account on SmarTone website and settle your bills by VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card. Or settle by VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card, Octopus, WeChat Pay or PayMe on SmarTone CARE app. Two working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.

How to pay:
SmarTone website:
  1. Login to your account. Click “Statement Balance” under “My Statements”
  2. Click “Pay Bill” to fill in your credit card information

SmarTone CARE app:
  1. Login to SmarTone CARE app. Click “Bill & Payment” under “My Account” section
  2. Click “Pay Now” to fill in your credit card information

Payment via your Online Banking account
If you are a registered user of any of the following banks or services, you can make your payment via your Online Banking account by clicking the links below. Two working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.

Phone Banking

If you have an HSBC or Hang Seng Bank phone banking account, you can make your payment by calling the designated hotline. Two working days should be allowed for your payment transaction. Please contact your bank for details.


ATM

You can make payment at ATM with the following labels displayed:

  1. HSBC / Hang Seng Bank - "Bill Payment Service"
  2. Jetco - "Jet Payment"
How to pay:
  1. Choose “Bill Payment Service” on ATM and select SmarTone as merchant
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to key in phone number / service number and the payment amount

Two working days should be allowed for payment transaction of HSBC / Hang Seng Bank and 30 minutes should be allowed for Jetco payment transaction.


Faster Payment System (FPS)

You can make payment via FPS by using your Mobile Banking App or a stored value facilities (SVF) operators’ App to scan the FPS Payment QR code shown on your bill. Two working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.

How to obtain the QR Code:

  1. Via the link inside Bill Alert SMS; Or
  2. As shown in the top left corner on bill


SmarTone stores

You can pay via our self-service payment kiosk at designated SmarTone stores for your convenience. Cheque, EPS, credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Octopus, Alipay, or WeChat Pay will also be accepted at designated SmarTone stores.


7-Eleven Stores

You can make payment at any 7-Eleven stores in cash by presenting the QR Code*. Two working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.

How to obtain the QR Code:
  1. Via the link inside Bill Alert SMS; Or
  2. As shown in the top left corner on the bill; Or
  3. Via SmarTone CARE app; Or
  4. Print from self-service payment kiosk at designated SmarTone stores

* This QR Code is also applicable to our self-service payment kiosk at designated SmarTone stores.


By Post

Crossed cheque made payable to “SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited” and post to “P.O. Box 35 General Post Office” together with the remittance slip. Write down the customer name or company name and phone / service number on the back of the cheque. Three working days should be allowed for your payment transaction.


Note:
1. From 9 June 2017, 1638 IDD customers (non-SmarTone other service customers) are invited to pay by PPS, by autopay, at 7-Eleven stores or SmarTone stores or post a crossed cheque. For further payment details, please refer to your statement.

2. From 20th August 2018, SmarTone stores will no longer accept cash payment for bill settlement. If you wish to settle your bills by cash, you can go to any 7-Eleven stores to make cash payment.
