iPhone 11 Pre-order


Please read carefully before ordering iPhone.

1. To ensure an effective ordering system, the below policies are in place:

  1. Each ordered iPhone requires subscription to "iPhone Service Plan". Each plan subscription and each mobile number are eligible to order one new iPhone only.
  2. A maximum of 3 iPhones can be ordered per Macau/Hong Kong ID or Passport Number. An order is non-transferable and applies exclusively to you.
  3. Once an order is accepted, it cannot be changed. If you must change it, the following special arrangements apply:
    • Any change to the memory size or colour option of your selected iPhone will forfeit your place in the iPhone order queue and be treated as a new order.
    • Any change to the iPhone model will forfeit your place in the iPhone order queue and be treated as a new order.

2. Upon order confirmation, please note the below items:

  1. When you have successfully submitted your order, a confirmation email and / or SMS will be sent to you.
  2. When the chosen model(s) of your iPhone become available, you will receive a Notification email and / or SMS. Please go to your selected store for iPhone collection within the specified 7 day period.
  3. Upon order pickup, the iPhone(s) will be unpacked and activated.
  4. SmarTone can give no assurance on the date of the stock availability as supply is dependent on the stock delivered by manufacturers. You hereby accept that SmarTone will be unable to indicate the time of availability and SmarTone will not entertain enquiries on such availability.
  5. If you do not receive the confirmation email after successfully submitting your order, please check your spam mail folder. To ensure you will receive our important emails afterwards, please add comms@service.smartone.com and advice@comms.smartone.com to your email address books immediately.

3. To ensure the ordering process can be successfully completed within the time limit of the ordering system, please have the below item ready for entry:

  • Macau/Hong Kong ID or Passport Number

4. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

By submitting an order to SmarTone, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Should you not unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, you should not submit your order for the purchase of the iPhone at SmarTone.
