Free China / HK IDD mins:
  • Free IDD mins offer only applicable for mobile number porting customers.
  • Mobile number porting customers can enjoy 100 free monthly IDD minutes (China / Hong Kong) within the contract months upon a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plan (3GB).
  • Mobile number porting customers can enjoy 200 free monthly IDD minutes (China / Hong Kong) within the contract months upon a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plan (8GB/Unlimited data with speed throttling).

Monthly Fee Rebate:
  • The special monthly fee $308 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $428 for SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans respectively, after a monthly fee rebate of $120 per month has been given to customer for 24 months.
  • The special monthly fee $198 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $308 for SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans respectively, after a monthly fee rebate of $110 per month has been given to customer for 24 months.
  • The special monthly fee $168 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $188 for SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans respectively, after a monthly fee rebate of $20 per month has been given to customer for 24 months.
  • The special monthly fee $98 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $138 for SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans respectively, after a monthly fee rebate of $40 per month has been given to customer for 24 months.
  • The special monthly fee $68 is calculated based on the original monthly fee $88 for SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans respectively, after a monthly fee rebate of $20 per month has been given to customer for 24 months.
  • At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

General Terms and Conditions:
  • Customers have a choice to choose the thereafter local data charge basis on ‘Advise and Consent’ or Standard charge basis when subscribe to above monthly plans.
    • ‘Advise and Consent’ basis, thereafter data ceiling capped does not apply to 4G service plans.
      At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the allowance, an SMS will be sent to the customer to advise of this. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up which can be used for the remaining period of the bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new month's data allowance.     • Standard thereafter local data charge: $0.0009/KB, thereafter local data charge capped at $500/month for 4G service plans. When a customer under 4G plan has reached the monthly thereafter data ceiling charge at $500, the customer can still continue to use the service and the data access speed (upload and download) will not be restricted to less than 256kbps. However, the actual data transmission speeds may vary due to local conditions and other conditions which may arise.
  • If customer subscribes for the unlimited data plan with speed throttling within the promotion period, when a customer has reached the monthly data usage of 20GB, the customer can still continue to use the service and the data access speed (upload and download) will not be restricted to less than 256kbps. After the promotion period, when a customer has reached the monthly data usage of 10GB, the customer can still continue to use the service and the data access speed (upload and download) will not be restricted to less than 256kbps. However, the actual data transmission speeds may vary due to local conditions and other conditions which may arise.
  • Online subscription service is applicable to new / mobile number porting customers only.
  • Sign up for a 24-month contract is required.
  • Above service plans applicable to 4G service.
  • This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
  • These plans only cover mobile phone local data usage, excluding tethering.
  • The roaming data service has been barred on your new SIM. If you would like to activate the roaming data service, please press #109*99#. To suspend the roaming data service again, please press *109*99#.

  • SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans are only applicable to phone usage (except for 2G phones or any phones which has manually opted for 2G network), but not applicable to any connected devices. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
  • The above service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
