^ Thereafter charge for local data HK$50/1GB (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan (4GB/6GB/10GB)) or HK$50/2GB (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan (20GB)) will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis.

'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an "Advise & Consent" mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

i Customers can enjoy Extra Local Data offer or Mainland China and Macau Data (Mainland China & Macau) offer per month within the contract period upon a designated service plan contract subscription.

++ For subscription of designated SuperCare Family Plan, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan will entitle Free Mainland China and Macau Data Service with extra China and Macau data usage (1.5GB/month) within contract period. Mainland China and Macau Data Service and free extra China and Macau data usage of the Mainland China and Macau Data Service will be canceled after the contract expire.

Free Smart Caregiver Service is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$48 for Smart Caregiver Service, after a contract bonus of HK$48 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. The offers will be forfeited if the customer cancel the Smart Caregiver Service within the contract period / changes to other service plans.

  • Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. A designated service plan with 24-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
  • Customers can enjoy Extra Double-up Local Data, Extra Local Data offer or Mainland China and Macau Data (Mainland China and Macau), and also free Smart Caregiver Service with contract period and special discount price for Swissvoice C50s purchase/ Free Swissvoice C50s.
  • Customer is required to choose the mobile number for Smart Caregiver Service usage at the time of contract subscription of designated service plan; no alteration is allowed once confirmed.
  • (Applicable to designated family plan 4GB) Customer is required to purchase Swissvoice C50s at the time of contract subscription of designated service plan to enjoy special discount price for Swissvoice C50s purchase.
  • An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.
  • The above offers will be forfeited if the customer cancel the Smart Caregiver Service within the contract period / changes to other service plans, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.
    SuperCare Family Plan:
  • All local data and voice usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the plan.
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge and standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • SIM only SuperCare Family Plans are not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which has manually opted for 2G network. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
  • Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
  • Plans cannot be used in conjunction with Multi-SIM and Tag-On SIM Plans.
  • If the registered mobile number of the plan is terminated/disconnected or changes to a non-specified plan for whatever reason, all SIMs under the plan will be terminated automatically at the same time.

    Extra Double-up Local Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who subscribe to the designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan.
  • Customers can enjoy extra double-up local data within the contract period. The extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.
    Extra Local Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who subscribe to the designated service plan contract subscription.
  • The service plan included 0.5GB Mainland China and Macau Data Service per month. (Applicable to designated SuperCare Plan)
  • The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.
    Mainland China and Macau Data Service:
  • (If applicable) Specific customer can enjoy extra China and Macau data usage of the Mainland China and Macau Data Service during contract period. Extra China and Macau data usage of the Mainland China and Macau Data Service can be shared in China and Macau. Any balance of unused extra China and Macau data usage cannot be carried forward and will be voided at the end of each month.
  • On subscription of the Mainland China and Macau Data Service, monthly data allowance of Mainland China and Macau Data Service data can be shared in China and Macau.
  • If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Mainland China and Macau Data Service, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.   • To use the Mainland China and Macau Data Service when travelling in China and Macau, the Customer should turn on data roaming via 'Settings' on his/her phone.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Customer's accumulated Mainland China and Macau Data Service data usage exceeds monthly data allowance, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • When the Customer apply Greater Bay Area Easy Pack or China Macau Data Pack Services Plan ("additional service plan") at the same time, Virtual WiFi Egg and “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan are not applicable if the Customer is within the location of China and Macau; the arrangement of thereafter China Macau data usage and charges will same as the default data top-up option of additional service plan. When the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds the Mainland China and Macau Data Service monthly data allowance, (If applicable) extra monthly allowance, additional service plan monthly allowance and (If applicable) purchased top-up usage, China Macau data service will be suspended temporarily. At that time the Customer will be notified by the top-up SMS of additional service plan, which also specified the top-up charges, he/ she may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up of China Macau data service.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • Mainland China and Macau Data Service cannot be used in conjunction with specified DataRoam services.
  • Mainland China and Macau Data Service is only available to Primary SIM Card to subscribe. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the Mainland China and Macau Data Service monthly allowance and (if applicable) the extra monthly allowance upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • If Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers customer subscribe Mainland China and Macau Data Service, data entitlement of Macau under Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers will be forfeited.
  • Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions.     Smart Caregiver Service:
  • The service is required to be used in conjunction with Swissvoice C50s Smartphone purchased from SmarTone.
  • The service requires active air time and mobile data services to keep its normal operation.
  • Service charges are for local usage only and additional roaming charges apply when you use the Service outside of Hong Kong.
  • Designated service features are limited for local usage only. To get the ideal experience of using burst voice/video call and Mobile help via Remote Access, it is suggested to have data speed no less than 768kbps and enable VoLTE function.
  • Customer must enable location function of Swissvoice C50s Smartphone to use the location tracking feature; Location tracking function may be inaccurate due to circumstantial factors.
  • Designated functions is required to be used in conjunction with the Smartbase of Swissvoice C50s Smartphone
  • The Company does not warrant that the service features can be successfully used in times of emergency. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from or suffered in connection with the service (include but not limit to the timeliness, deletion, non-delivery or failure to store your communications or personalization settings).
  • If Customer is not the end user of the Service, it is the responsibility of Customer to ensure that end user is aware of, understands and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V144 for details.
    General Terms and Conditions:
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions, customers cannot enjoy this offer in conjunction with other offers unless specified terms and conditions applied.
  • The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans.
  • This offer cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
