Terms and Conditions for this Offer

    UnionPay Credit Cardholder Offer:
  • The promotional period is from now until 31 December 2017 (both dates inclusive).
  • Only applicable to new customers/existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers with designated service plan. A designated service plan with fixed-term contract and an administration fee of HK$18 per month are required.
  • Customers are required to use the eligible UnionPay Credit Card to subscribe for one of the designated service plans and settle the monthly fee, administration fee, and related service fee through autopay, and then buy the designated handset under the SIM Only Customer Smartphone Offer with the same UnionPay Credit Card in order to enjoy HK$1,000 Rebate (“UnionPay Offer”). This offer is only applicable to the UnionPay Credit Cards issued in Hong Kong (card number starting with 62) and the qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
  • The SIM Only Customer Smartphone Offer and UnionPay Offer will be credited to the customer across an 18-month period according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) after the handset is collected by the customer.
  • The Customer shall not be entitled to the Rebate or any balance thereof if change to new service plan. The Rebate cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • This promotion applies to customers holding any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional credit cards or UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by UNIONPAY (HONG KONG) COMPANY LIMITED in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns) (each an “Eligible Credit Card”). An Eligible Credit Card must be used for payment to enjoy the Offers during the Promotional Period.
  • The Offer is subject to a quota and only available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
  • If customers fail to use a UnionPay Credit Card for autopay after enjoying the UnionPay Offer, the Company has the right to charge the difference between the UnionPay Offer and the Recommended Retail Price without prior notice.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to UnionPay Offer once only.
  • "Flexi–switch" is not applicable to this offer.

  • SIM Only Customer Smartphone Offer:
  • Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. An admin fee of HK$18 per month and fixed-term contract are required.
  • Only applicable to designated service plan with fixed term contract subscription. The Customer must purchase the designated smartphone at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price after signing the designated service plan to enjoy Rebate Offer.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to Rebate Offer once only.
  • Flexi–switch is not eligible for this offer.
  • Customers must sign a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB) and then purchase designated smartphone, in order to enjoy the Rebate Offer worth HK$800.
  • Customers must sign a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB) with FUP Unlimited Data at the same time / SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan (6GB) and then purchase designated smartphone, in order to enjoy the Rebate Offer worth HK$1,000.
  • Customers must sign a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan (10GB) and then purchase designated smartphone, in order to enjoy the Rebate Offer worth HK$1,200.
  • Customers must sign a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan (20GB) and then purchase designated smartphone, in order to enjoy the Rebate Offer worth HK$1,500.
  • The Rebate Offer is only applicable to the purchase of designated smartphone at the Company’s stores.
  • The amount to be rebated to the customer will be credited to the customer across an 18-month period according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement) after the handset is collected by the customer.
  • The Customer shall not be entitled to the Rebate Amount or any balance thereof if change to new service plan.
  • The Rebate Amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The available smartphones will be updated and amended from time to time. For details, please ask our store assistants.
  • Customers who purchase the designated smartphones can enjoy 12 months’ SmarTone Screen Replace™ for free.

  • SmarTone Plus Membership:
  • Customers who subscribe or renew the designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership.
  • Designated mobile service plans include: 20GB SuperCare Family Plans; 20GB SuperCare Family Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 10GB SuperCare Family Plans; 10GB SuperCare Family Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 6GB SuperCare Family Plans; 6GB SuperCare Family Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 6GB SuperCare Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (3 destinations) or (6 destinations) or FUP unlimited data or 10GB add-on local data (including SuperCare Plans for Smartphones). Fixed-term contract are required for the above plans, customers opting for DataRoam Plan (2 destinations), (3 destinations) or (6 destinations), FUP unlimited data or 10GB add-on local data, the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Plans or SuperCare Family Plans; SuperCare Plan 1GB or 2GB or 6GB; SuperCare plan 1GB or 2.5GB or 6GB with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations).
  • SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited may terminate SmarTone Plus or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
