The User of Registered Number of the plan can authorise all other mobile numbers under the same plan to purchase a top-up. Please visit our stores or call 2880 2688 for details.

At any time when the accumulated local data usage of all SIM cards under a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the User of Registered Number , and other plan users who are authorised to purchase a top-up. Users may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. The Company will treat the first SMS reply received as purchase confirmation and the top-up data purchased will be shared between all SIM cards under the same plan. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the accumulated data usage of all SIMs has reached the allowance. Users may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.

Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an "Advise & Consent" mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

Prepayment is required for subscribing to the above plans. It will be credited to customers over the contract period.

  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.

  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.

  • Extra Double-up Data Offer
  • Only available to customers who newly subscribe to the SuperCare Family Plans.
  • Customers can enjoy extra double-up local data within the contract period. The extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.

  • FUP Unlimited Data
  • Customers can enjoy free FUP Unlimited Data within the contract period upon contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan with handset subscription (6GB). At the end of the free service period for FUP Unlimited Data, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing FUP Unlimited Data.
  • Customers opting for FUP Unlimited Data with monthly fee subscription, the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Smartphone Plan with handset subscription.
  • FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjuction with Multi-SIM Plan, Tag-On SIM Plan and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan.
  • Free WiFi service:
    i) Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.
    ii) Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan.
    iii) Customers are required to register for WiFi service through our 24-hour service hotline 2880 2688.
    iv) WiFi service applies to designated WiFi hotspots provided by Y5 ZONE Limited  in Hong Kong only.
  • FUP Unlimited Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions).

  • FUP Unlimited Data (Applicable to Designated SuperCare Family Plans)
  • Customers can opt for FUP Unlimited Data with monthly fee subscription upon contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP unlimited data usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the Specified Service Plan. The contract end date will be the same as the designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan, 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan, Multi-SIM Monthly Plan and Tag-On SIM Plan.
  • Free WiFi service:
    i) Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.
    ii) The Customer with the registered mobile number of the Specified Service Plan (“User of Registered Number”) is required to register for WiFi service.
    iii) Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan
    iv) Customers are required to register for WiFi service through our 24-hour service hotline 2880 2688.
    v) WiFi service applies to designated WiFi hotspots provided by Y5 ZONE Limited in Hong Kong only.
  • FUP Unlimited Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions).

  • The monthly fee of 15-day Virtual WiFi Egg is $36 and contract period is 24 months.
  • The Customer will be entitled 15-day Virtual WiFi Egg at the time of subscription. 15-day Virtual WiFi Egg is valid for 24 months from the date of activation.
  • After 15-day Virtual WiFi Egg is used up, subsequent roaming data usage will be charged according to Virtual WiFi Egg daily rate subscribed by the customer.
  • 15-day Virtual WiFi Egg will be voided upon expiry of validity period.

  • Upon a contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan (10GB/20GB) with handset subscription, customers can choose to purchase dokiWatch S / Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro as $36 additional service subscription per month within the contract period.
  • Customers must choose dokiWatch S / Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro as additional service subscription at the time of the contract subscription.
  • Purchase of dokiWatch S and Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro under this offer cannot be subscribed together.
  • An additional prepayment is required and the prepayment amount varies according to the smartphone model or accessories model selected by the customer.
  • Additional service prepayment to be rebated to the customer will be credited to the customer during the contract period according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement).

  • HSBC Credit Card Cardholder Extra Reward:
  • The promotional period is from 14th March to 31st May 2018 (both dates inclusive).
  • Customers are required to use the eligible HSBC Credit Card to subscribe designated Samsung Galaxy S9|S9+ SuperCare Smartphone Plan(6GB)/ SuperCare Family Plan with handset subscription(6GB/10GB/20GB) with 30-month contract subscription and settle the handset price (if applicable), prepayment, monthly fee and related service fee through autopay with the same HSBC Credit Card to enjoy 6-month monthly fee waiver within the contract period during the promotional period.

  • The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
  • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel, and expressly excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. If the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres, as stipulated by SmarTone, offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may exercise discretion and will reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time and SmarTone's decision on the validity for reimbursement is absolute and final.
