*Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

**The special monthly fee HK$178 / HK$58 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$198 for Choice to Upgrade Unlimited Data, after a contract bonus of HK$20/HK$140 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

+The special monthly fee HK$128 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$298 for U Plan Lite, after a rebate of HK$170 per month has been given to the customer. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

#The special monthly fee HK$100 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$168 for FUP Unlimited Data, after a rebate of HK$68 per month has been given to the customer. At the end of the contract, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

 

    Summer Subscription Offer:
  • Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. A designated service plan with contract subscription and an admin fee of $18 per month are required.
  • A smartphone price (if applicable) and a prepayment of designated amount are required upon contract subscription of a designated plan with handset subscription. The smartphone price (if applicable) and the prepayment amount vary according to the designated smartphone model and service plan selected by the customer. The prepayment and designated contract bonus will be credited to the customer according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement). At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.
  • Each contract subscription is entitled to Free FUP Unlimited Data and/or Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-Day General Admission Ticket(s) (“Park Ticket(s)”) and/or movie vouchers and/or Extra Double-up Data Offer once only.
  • Flexi–switch is not eligible for this offer.
  • If the customers change to other service plans after using the gift(s), the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the used gift(s) without prior notice.

  • SuperCare Family Plans:
  • All local data and voice usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the plan.
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge and standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • SuperCare Family Plans are not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which has manually opted for 2G network. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
  • Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.
  • Plans cannot be used in conjunction with FUP Unlimited Data, Multi-SIM and Tag-On SIM Plans.
  • If the registered mobile number of the plan is terminated/disconnected or changes to a non-specified plan for whatever reason, all SIMs under the plan will be terminated automatically at the same time.

  • SuperCare Smartphone Plans:
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.

  • U Plan Lite:
  • Applicant must be aged 18 or above and a full-time student of designated post-secondary education institutions. Designated post-secondary education institutions include accredited universities in Hong Kong, Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers, Centennial College, Chu Hai College of High Education, Gratia Christian College, Hang Seng Management College, HKCT Institute of Higher Education, Hong Kong College of Technology, HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College, Hong Kong Nang Yan College of Higher Education, Tung Wah College, Vocational Training Council or Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Also applicable to applicant aged 18 to 25 with valid overseas post-secondary education institutions student ID card. Each HKID no. or Passport no. can only subscribe to the U Plan once.
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.

  • Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit cardholders extra reward:
  • The promotional period is from 8 June to 31 July 2018 (both dates inclusive).
  • Customers are required to use the eligible Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit card to subscribe for a designated service plan and settle the device price (if applicable), prepayment, monthly fee, administration fee, and related service fee through autopay with the same Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit card in order to enjoy extra 2 Movie Vouchers and extra 2GB local data per month within the contract period during the promotional period.
  • The use of Movie Voucher is subject to the relevant merchant’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the back of the voucher for details. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by the Merchants.
  • The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the customers change to other service plans.
  • The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • This promotion applies to customers holding the following credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Standard Chartered credit card and its co-branded card, MANHATTAN credit card and its co-branded card (except Standard Chartered business card and Standard Chartered corporate card). An eligible credit card must be used for payment to enjoy the offers during the promotional period.
  • The Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit cardholders extra reward is subject to a quota and only available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
  • Each designated service plan contract subscription is entitled to the offer once only.
  • If customers fail to use an eligible Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit card for autopay after enjoying the extra reward, the Company has the right to charge the difference of this offer without prior notice.

  • Extra Double-up Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who newly subscribe to the SuperCare Family Plans.
  • Customers can enjoy extra double-up local data within the contract period. The extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.

  • Hong Kong Disneyland Park Ticket:
  • Customers can receive 1 Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-Day General Admission Ticket upon a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan (6GB).
  • Customers can receive 2 Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-Day General Admission Tickets upon a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan (10GB).
  • Customers can receive 3 Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-Day General Admission Tickets upon a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan (20GB).
  • An advance payment of two-month monthly fee and an admin fee of the service plan contract are required.
  • Park Tickets are available while stocks last.
  • Park Tickets are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items.
  • The issue and use of Park Ticket and admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park are subject to the validity date printed on the back of the Park Tickets, the rules and regulations of the Hong Kong Disneyland Park and the relevant merchant’s terms and conditions..   • FUP Unlimited Data (Applicable to Designated SuperCare Family Plans)
  • Customers can opt for FUP Unlimited Data with monthly fee subscription upon contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP unlimited data usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the Specified Service Plan. The contract end date will be the same as the designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan, 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan, Multi-SIM Monthly Plan and Tag-On SIM Plan.
  • Free WiFi service:
    i) Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.
    ii) The Customer with the registered mobile number of the Specified Service Plan (“User of Registered Number”) is required to register for WiFi service.
    iii) Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan
    iv) Customers are required to register for WiFi service through our 24-hour service hotline 2880 2688.
    v) WiFi service applies to designated WiFi hotspots provided by Y5 ZONE Limited in Hong Kong only.
  • FUP Unlimited Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions).

  • FUP Unlimited Data:
  • Customers can enjoy free FUP Unlimited Data within the contract period upon contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB). At the end of the free service period for FUP Unlimited Data, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing FUP Unlimited Data.
  • Customers opting for FUP Unlimited Data with monthly fee subscription, the contract end date will be the same as the SIM Only SuperCare Smartphone Plan/ the U Plan Lite.
  • FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjuction with Multi-SIM Plan, Tag-On SIM Plan and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan.
  • Free WiFi service:
    i) Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.
    ii) The Customer with the registered mobile number of the Specified Service Plan (“User of Registered Number”) is required to register for WiFi service.
    iii) Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan
    iv) Customers are required to register for WiFi service through our 24-hour service hotline 2880 2688.
    v) WiFi service applies to designated WiFi hotspots provided by Y5 ZONE Limited in Hong Kong only.
  • FUP Unlimited Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions).

  • General Terms and Conditions:
