  • For subscription of Services Plans at a monthly fee of HK$228/ HK$298/ HK$438, China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service is calculated based on the usage of the designated monthly service plan with Greater Bay Area Data Service (0.5GB/ 0.5GB/ 0.5GB per month) and on the extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service (0.5GB/ 2GB/ 3.5GB per month) during contract period. After the contract expire, the extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service will be canceled.

  • 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an 'Advise & Consent' mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

  • Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

  • The special monthly fee HK$58 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$168 for Upgrade to Unlimited Local Data, after a contract bonus of HK$110 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • (If applicable) Port In Subscription Offer: The customer can enjoy Easy number service per month in first 12-month during contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators. Each service plan contract is entitled to this offer once only. At the end of the free service period for Easy number service, unless the customer gives not less than 30 days prior notice to terminate the service, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.

    Free WiFi service is available to a Customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.

    Other services included: Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.

    SmarTone Screen Replace™ is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel.

  • During the contract period, the unlimited data usage under "Anytime Music" is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by listening to music within the designated music streaming apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download, software update, account registration and login, advertisement, upload, download and live video, non-music contents (including but not limited to the text, images, header files, app analytics, using in- app location based features, and any video/music streamed over VPN) within the designated apps are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the "Anytime Music" service will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the customer purchases data top-up options.

    Free for "Anytime Music" is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88, after a contract bonus of HK$88 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Designated existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers upgrade to a designated service plan.

Smartphone Subscription:
  • Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. A designated service plan with 24-month/30-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
  • Customers can enjoy Extra Double-up Local Data offer and / or Greater Bay Area Data (Mainland China and Macau), Free Music Data equivalent to "Anytime Music" and Handset & Accessories Credit Offer within the contract period upon a contract subscription.
  • An advance payment of monthly fee and admin fee are required. The number of months of an advance payment, the extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription / re-contract offers.
  • The above offers will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plans, and the Company has the right to charge the full amount of the gift without prior notice.
Online Special Offer:
  • Only applicable to new customers/existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers, and the subscription is made through SmarTone Online Store. A designated service plan with 18-month contract subscription is required.
  • Customer can enjoy Administration Fee (HK$18/month) Waiver within the contract period.
  • The special monthly fee HK$268 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$298 for SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB), after a rebate of HK$30 per month has been given to the customer. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service, and corresponding local data of the plan will be provided.
  • Customers can enjoy Extra 12GB Local Data offer per month within the contract period upon a contract subscription.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the above offer once only. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other subscription/re-contract offers.
  • The Company reserves the right of final decision on this promotion and reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions any time without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions.
SuperCare Smartphone Plans:
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • All SIM only SuperCare Smartphone Plans are not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
  • Plans are not applicable to BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions.

Extra Double-up Local Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who subscribe to the designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan.
  • Customers can enjoy extra double-up local data within the contract period. The extra local data is equivalent to the local data allowance of the service plan at the time of subscription. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.
Extra Local Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who subscribe to the designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan.
  • Customers can enjoy extra local data within the contract period. The extra local data under this offer will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans.
  • The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan.
  • Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.
Greater Bay Area Data Service: (SuperCare Individual Plan)
  • (If applicable) Specific customer can enjoy extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service during contract period. Extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service can be shared in China and Macau. Any balance of unused extra China and Macau data usage cannot be carried forward and will be voided at the end of each month.
  • On subscription of the Greater Bay Area Data Service, monthly data allowance of Greater Bay Area Data Service data can be shared in China and Macau.
  • The Customer who subscribe Greater Bay Area Data Service should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • To use the Greater Bay Area Data Service when travelling in China and Macau, the Customer should turn on data roaming via 'Settings' on his/her phone.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Customer's accumulated Greater Bay Area Data Service data usage exceeds monthly data allowance, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • When the Customer apply Greater Bay Area Easy Pack or China Macau Data Pack Services Plan ("additional service plan") at the same time, Virtual WiFi Egg and "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan are not applicable if the Customer is within the location of China and Macau; the arrangement of thereafter China Macau data usage and charges will same as the default data top-up option of additional service plan. When the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds the Greater Bay Area Data Service monthly data allowance, (If applicable) extra monthly allowance, additional service plan monthly allowance and (If applicable) purchased top-up usage, China Macau data service will be suspended temporarily. At that time the Customer will be notified by the top-up SMS of additional service plan, which also specified the top-up charges, he/ she may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up of China Macau data service.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • Greater Bay Area Data Service cannot be used in conjunction with specified DataRoam services.
  • If Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers customer subscribe Greater Bay Area Data Service, data entitlement of Macau under Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers will be forfeited.
  • Our company reserves the right of final decision related to these offers and to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-I037  for details.
FUP Unlimited Local Data:
  • Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan (6GB/10GB).
  • Customers opting for FUP Unlimited Local Data, the contract end date will be the same as the SuperCare Smartphone Plan.
  • FUP Unlimited Local Data cannot be used in conjuction with Multi-SIM Plan, Tag-On SIM Plan and 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan.
  • Free WiFi service: (Not applicable to the FUP Unlimited Data purchased for the bill month by monthly subscription)
    i) Free WiFi service is available to a customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Local Data Plan
    ii) Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan.
    iii) Customers are required to register for WiFi service through our 24-hour service hotline 2880 2688
    iv) WiFi service applies to designated WiFi hotspots provided by Y5 ZONE Limited in Hong Kong only.

  • FUP Unlimited Local Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions ).

Handset and Accessories Credit Offer:
  • Customer can enjoy Handset and Accessories Credit Offer once upon a contract subscription of a designated SIM Only SuperCare Smartphone Plan / a designated SIM Only SuperCare Family Plan.
  • The value of the Handset and Accessories Credit Offer depends on the contract subscription selected.
  • Only applicable to the purchase of designated smartphones, accessories and phone protection services at the Company's stores.
  • Customer is required to purchase designated smartphones, accessories and phone protection services at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price.
  • The credit is valid for 365 days from the date of contract subscription. Customer can use the credit offer over the validity period, please ask our store assistant for credit remaining amount. Any unused credit will be forfeited upon expiry.
  • The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.
  • Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the credit offer once.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other credit offer.
  • Customers who purchase the designated smartphones / smartwatchs can enjoy 12 months' SmarTone Screen Replace™ for free.
  • The available smartphones, accessories and handset protection service will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants for details.
Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™:
  • Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel and/or back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.
  • The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
  • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover and excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. For smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centre that offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may at its discretion reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time. SmarTone has the right to make the final decision in relation to the reimbursement.

Anytime Music Service:
  • Only applicable to customer who has subscribed to a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan.
  • Customer opting for "Anytime Music" service, the contract end date will be the same as the designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan.
  • All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy Anytime Music Service.
  • The available designated music streaming apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
  • The designated music streaming apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-T316 for details.
Easy Number Service:
  • Easy Number is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number registering with the same HKID holder can subscribe to one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated one China mobile phone number. If a Customer registers more than 3 Standard Plans for this Service, SmarTone reserves the right to terminate the oversubscribed plan(s) and its China mobile number.
  • The Customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers. For details, please refer to the relevant Terms and Conditions of this Service.
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V126 for details.
SmarTone Plus membership:
  • Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership. The membership offered depends on the service plan selected.
  • Fixed-term contract is required.
  • SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited may terminate SmarTone Plus or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
RoamFlex Data Pass service plan:
  • The Customer shall use the RoamFlex Data Pass with Term total 24 months. The Term shall start from the service effective date.
  • On subscription of the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan, roaming data allowance and top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased under the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan within the contract period can be shared in designated destinations.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the Customer before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term. The same terms and conditions of this service shall apply unless otherwise stated. The said automatic extension is subject to the final and absolute discretion of the Company at any times.
  • The Customer who subscribe RoamFlex Data Pass should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) If the Customer of the Primary SIM Card subscribes the RoamFlex Data Pass, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • The remaining data entitlement of the RoamFlex Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the Term expired. The new data allowance within contract period of RoamFlex Data Pass will be provided after the new Term / extended Term effective.
  • When the Customer is within the location of designated destinations and if the Customer’s accumulated RoamFlex Data Pass usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and (if applicable) top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than designated destinations, the daily roaming data usage will be charged with the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s).
  • RoamFlex Data Pass cannot be subscribed in conjunction with China Macau Data Pack or Greater Bay Area Easy Pack.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) RoamFlex Data Pass is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under RoamFlex Data Pass upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • (If applicable) If the Customer purchased more than one Roaming Data Pass for different group destinations, deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:
    • 1) Roaming data allowance under service plan (DataRoam Service/ Greater Bay Area Data Service/ ExtraCare Bay Area Plan/ SuperCare Bay Area/ Asia/ Worldwide Plan);
    • 2) RoamFlex Data Pass roaming data allowance;
    • 3) Roaming Data Pass (by daily);
    • 4) Data Roaming Dollars.

  • The offer needs to be used within 180 days from the day of activating this offer for using Virtual WiFi Egg at designated destinations.
  • Designated Asia Pacific destinations include China / Macau, Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. Designated destinations and roaming partners may change from time to time.
  • There is no limit on consecutive day. The original day plan price will be charged if number of Roaming Data Pass’s days exceeded or usage at non-designated destinations.
  • (Family Plan) This offer is only available to main SIM mobile number under designated Family plan. After successful purchase, all mobile numbers under the plan should also activate / switch on Virtual WiFi Egg and Roaming service to enjoy 10-day Roaming Data Pass upon subscription from main SIM. If 2 mobile numbers under designated Family plan use the Roaming Data Pass at the same time, 2 days would be consumed from the Roaming Data Pass.

  • "Subscribe Now, Fully Pay Later" as Pending Port-in Rebate Offer:

    • Upon a contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan (6GB/10GB/20GB), each pending port-in/pending activated secondary SIM card can enjoy $100 monthly rebate for the first 6 bill months upon service activation.
    • The number of pending port-in/pending activated secondary SIM card for the rebate offer is: 1 SIM card (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan 6GB), 2 SIM cards (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan 10GB); 3 SIM cards (applicable to SuperCare Family Plan 20GB).
    • The number of rebate is at maximum 6 installments only. The amount and number of the rebate depend on the service plan selected at the time of subscription and the number of pending port-in/pending activated Secondary SIM card per month for the first 6 bill months.
    • If Secondary SIM card is successfully port-in/activated, its pending port-in rebate will be forfeited in the next bill month.

Smartphone Subscription:
  • Only applicable to new customers / existing customers with a new subscription or designated existing customers. A designated service plan with 24-month/30-month contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.

  • All local data and voice usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the plan.
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge and standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • SIM only SuperCare Family Plans are not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which has manually opted for 2G network. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.

Greater Bay Area Data Service: (SuperCare Family Plan)
  • (If applicable) Specific customer can enjoy extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service during contract period. Extra China and Macau data usage of the Greater Bay Area Data Service can be shared in China and Macau. Any balance of unused extra China and Macau data usage cannot be carried forward and will be voided at the end of each month.
  • On subscription of the Greater Bay Area Data Service, monthly data allowance of Greater Bay Area Data Service data can be shared in China and Macau.
  • If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Greater Bay Area Data Service, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.   • To use the Greater Bay Area Data Service when travelling in China and Macau, the Customer should turn on data roaming via 'Settings' on his/her phone.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Customer's accumulated Greater Bay Area Data Service data usage exceeds monthly data allowance, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • When the Customer apply Greater Bay Area Easy Pack or China Macau Data Pack Services Plan ("additional service plan") at the same time, Virtual WiFi Egg and "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan are not applicable if the Customer is within the location of China and Macau; the arrangement of thereafter China Macau data usage and charges will same as the default data top-up option of additional service plan. When the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds the Greater Bay Area Data Service monthly data allowance, (If applicable) extra monthly allowance, additional service plan monthly allowance and (If applicable) purchased top-up usage, China Macau data service will be suspended temporarily. At that time the Customer will be notified by the top-up SMS of additional service plan, which also specified the top-up charges, he/ she may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up of China Macau data service.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • Greater Bay Area Data Service is only available to Primary SIM Card to subscribe. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the Greater Bay Area Data Service monthly allowance and (if applicable) the extra monthly allowance upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • If Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers customer subscribe Greater Bay Area Data Service, data entitlement of Macau under Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers will be forfeited.

FUP Unlimited Data (Applicable to Designated SuperCare Family Plans):
  • Customers can opt for FUP Unlimited Data with monthly fee subscription upon contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP unlimited data usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the Specified Service Plan. The contract end date will be the same as the designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP Unlimited Data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Plan, 10GB Add-on Local Data Plan, Multi-SIM Monthly Plan and Tag-On SIM Plan.
  • Free WiFi service:
    1. Free WiFi service is available to customer who has subscribed to a designated FUP Unlimited Data Plan.
    2. Only applicable to customer with the Primary SIM card. The customer with the Primary SIM card of the Specified Service Plan is required to register for WiFi service.
    3. Free WiFi service will be terminated if the Customer changes to other service plan.

  • The value of the Handset and Accessories Credit Offer depends on the contract subscription selected.
  • Only applicable to the purchase of designated smartphones, accessories and phone protection services at the Company's stores.

Upgraded Back-to-Front “SmarTone Screen Replace™:
  • Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel and/or back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.
  • The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
  • The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover and excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. For smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centre that offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may at its discretion reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time. SmarTone has the right to make the final decision in relation to the reimbursement.

Anytime Music Service:
  • Only applicable to customer who has subscribed to a designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan.

Easy Number Service:
  • Easy Number is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number registering with the same HKID holder can subscribe to one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated one China mobile phone number. If a Customer registers more than 3 Standard Plans for this Service, SmarTone reserves the right to terminate the oversubscribed plan(s) and its China mobile number.
  • The Customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers. For details, please refer to the relevant Terms and Conditions of this Service.

SmarTone Plus Membership:
  • Customers who subscribe or renew the designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership.
  • Designated mobile service plans include: 20GB SuperCare Family Plans; 20GB SuperCare Family Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 10GB SuperCare Family Plans; 10GB SuperCare Family Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 6GB SuperCare Family Plans; 6GB SuperCare Family Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (2 destinations) or (3 destinations) or (6 destinations); 6GB SuperCare Plans with add-on for DataRoam plan (3 destinations) or (6 destinations) or FUP unlimited data or 10GB add-on local data (including SuperCare Plans for Smartphones). RoamFlex Data Pass service plan:
  • The Customer shall use the RoamFlex Data Pass with Term total 24 months. The Term shall start from the service effective date.
  • On subscription of the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan, roaming data allowance and top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased under the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan within the contract period can be shared in designated destinations.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the Customer before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term. The same terms and conditions of this service shall apply unless otherwise stated. The said automatic extension is subject to the final and absolute discretion of the Company at any times.
  • The Customer who subscribe RoamFlex Data Pass should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) If the Customer of the Primary SIM Card subscribes the RoamFlex Data Pass, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • The remaining data entitlement of the RoamFlex Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the Term expired. The new data allowance within contract period of RoamFlex Data Pass will be provided after the new Term / extended Term effective.
  • When the Customer is within the location of designated destinations and if the Customer’s accumulated RoamFlex Data Pass usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and (if applicable) top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than designated destinations, the daily roaming data usage will be charged with the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s).
  • RoamFlex Data Pass cannot be subscribed in conjunction with China Macau Data Pack or Greater Bay Area Easy Pack.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) RoamFlex Data Pass is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under RoamFlex Data Pass upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • (If applicable) If the Customer purchased more than one Roaming Data Pass for different group destinations, deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:

  • Customer can enjoy free Call Guard (Lite Version) service within the contract period upon contract subscription of a designated Viva 60+ Plan.

Easy Number Service:
  • Easy Number is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number registering with the same HKID holder can subscribe to one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated one China mobile phone number. If a Customer registers more than 3 Standard Plans for this Service, SmarTone reserves the right to terminate the oversubscribed plan(s) and its China mobile number.
  • The Customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers. For details, please refer to the relevant Terms and Conditions of this Service.

SmarTone Plus membership:
  • Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership. The membership offered depends on the service plan selected.

  • SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited may terminate SmarTone Plus or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

RoamFlex Data Pass service plan:
  • The Customer shall use the RoamFlex Data Pass with Term total 24 months. The Term shall start from the service effective date.
  • On subscription of the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan, roaming data allowance and top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased under the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan within the contract period can be shared in designated destinations.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the Customer before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term. The same terms and conditions of this service shall apply unless otherwise stated. The said automatic extension is subject to the final and absolute discretion of the Company at any times.
  • The Customer who subscribe RoamFlex Data Pass should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) If the Customer of the Primary SIM Card subscribes the RoamFlex Data Pass, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • The remaining data entitlement of the RoamFlex Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the Term expired. The new data allowance within contract period of RoamFlex Data Pass will be provided after the new Term / extended Term effective.
  • When the Customer is within the location of designated destinations and if the Customer’s accumulated RoamFlex Data Pass usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and (if applicable) top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than designated destinations, the daily roaming data usage will be charged with the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s).
  • RoamFlex Data Pass cannot be subscribed in conjunction with China Macau Data Pack or Greater Bay Area Easy Pack.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) RoamFlex Data Pass is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under RoamFlex Data Pass upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.

  • 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance. Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an 'Advise & Consent' mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

  • Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

  • The special monthly fee HK$58 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$168 for Upgrade to Unlimited Local Data, after a contract bonus of HK$110 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period.   • Spotify Offer: Only applicable to designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan or Primary SIM of a designated SuperCare Family Plan service plan. 11-month contract is required for Spotify; first 10 months service fee offer is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$58 for Spotify, after a rebate of HK$58 per month has been given to the customer. If customer opts for Spotify individual version as first free 10-month music service, customers need to subscribe Spotify through SmarTone CARE at the effective date of mobile service contract in order to entitle the service fee rebate. Total rebate period of Spotify is 10 months, only applicable to the first 10 bill month of the mobile service plan contract. The rebate will be credited to customer in next bill month upon the service subscription of Spotify. Rebate amount is subject to the time that the customer subscribes to Spotify. At the end of the rebate period, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.

  • Apple Music Offer: Only applicable to designated SuperCare Smartphone Plan or Primary SIM of a designated SuperCare Family Plan service plan. 13-month contract is required for Apple Music; first 12 months service fee offer is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$58 for Apple Music, after a rebate of HK$58 per month has been given to the customer. Total rebate period of Apple Music is 12 months, applicable to the first 12 bill month of the mobile service plan contract. The rebate will be credited to customer in next bill month upon the service subscription of Apple Music. At the end of this contract, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.

  • Free music data equivalent to "Anytime Music": Service is based on "Anytime Music" which is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88, after a contract rebate of HK$88 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service. During the contract period, the Unlimited data usage under "Anytime Music" is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by listening to music within the designated music streaming apps (Apple Music, KKBOX, Spotify, JOOX) on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download, software update, account registration and login, advertisement, upload, download and live video, non-music contents (including but not limited to the text, images, header files, app analytics, using in-app location based features, and any video/music streamed over VPN) within the designated apps are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the "Anytime Music" service will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the customer purchases data top-up options.

FUP Unlimited Local Data (SuperCare Family Plans):
  • Customers can opt for FUP Unlimited Data with monthly fee subscription upon contract subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan.
  • FUP unlimited data usage will be shared between all SIM Cards under the Specified Service Plan. The contract end date will be the same as the designated SuperCare Family Plan.

Easy Number Service:
  • Easy Number is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number registering with the same HKID holder can subscribe to one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated one China mobile phone number. If a Customer registers more than 3 Standard Plans for this Service, SmarTone reserves the right to terminate the oversubscribed plan(s) and its China mobile number.
  • The Customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers. For details, please refer to the relevant Terms and Conditions of this Service.

SmarTone Plus membership:
  • Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership. The membership offered depends on the service plan selected.
  • Fixed-term contract is required.
  • SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited may terminate SmarTone Plus or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.
RoamFlex Data Pass service plan:
  • The Customer shall use the RoamFlex Data Pass with Term total 24 months. The Term shall start from the service effective date.
  • On subscription of the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan, roaming data allowance and top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased under the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan within the contract period can be shared in designated destinations.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the Customer before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term. The same terms and conditions of this service shall apply unless otherwise stated. The said automatic extension is subject to the final and absolute discretion of the Company at any times.
  • The Customer who subscribe RoamFlex Data Pass should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) If the Customer of the Primary SIM Card subscribes the RoamFlex Data Pass, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • The remaining data entitlement of the RoamFlex Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the Term expired. The new data allowance within contract period of RoamFlex Data Pass will be provided after the new Term / extended Term effective.
  • When the Customer is within the location of designated destinations and if the Customer’s accumulated RoamFlex Data Pass usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and (if applicable) top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than designated destinations, the daily roaming data usage will be charged with the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s).
  • RoamFlex Data Pass cannot be subscribed in conjunction with China Macau Data Pack or Greater Bay Area Easy Pack.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) RoamFlex Data Pass is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under RoamFlex Data Pass upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • (If applicable) If the Customer purchased more than one Roaming Data Pass for different group destinations, deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:
    • 1) Roaming data allowance under service plan (DataRoam Service/ Greater Bay Area Data Service/ ExtraCare Bay Area Plan/ SuperCare Bay Area/ Asia/ Worldwide Plan);
    • 2) RoamFlex Data Pass roaming data allowance;
    • 3) Roaming Data Pass (by daily);

  • During the contract period, the unlimited data usage under "Anytime Music" is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by listening to music within the designated music streaming apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download, software update, account registration and login, advertisement, upload, download and live video, non-music contents (including but not limited to the text, images, header files, app analytics, using in- app location based features, and any video/music streamed over VPN) within the designated apps are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the "Anytime Music" service will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the customer purchases data top-up options.

    Free for "Anytime Music" is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88, after a contract bonus of HK$88 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Free GBA DataRoam Service is calculated based on the original monthly fee $118, after a rebate of $118 per month has been given to the customer within contract period. At the end of the rebate period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service.

  • Under FUP (Fair Usage Policy), when monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.

  • With an “Advise & Consent” mechanism, whenever the local data usage for the bill month under the service plan has reached the specified data usage allowance, the Company will notify the customer by SMS. The customer may reply by returning SMS to purchase FUP Unlimited Data at the charge as specified in the SMS received by the bill cut-off date. Full speed local data of the service plan will resume and be valid until the end of this bill month. If the customer does not wish to purchase the FUP Unlimited Data, local data service continues but data speed will be at up to 128kbps. Or the customer may wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence full speed local data service again with the new specified data usage allowance under the service plan.

  • The monthly fee HK$108/ HK$36 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$216 / HK$72, after a rebate of HK$108/ HK$36 per month has been given to the customer within contract period.

  • When monthly local data usage reaches 8GB, local data service continues but data speed will be at up to 128kbps.

  • Customers can enjoy Extra 4GB Full Speed Local Data offer or free GBA DataRoam Service offer within the contract period upon a designated service plan contract subscription.

    When monthly local data usage reaches 12GB, local data service continues but data speed will be at up to 128kbps. (Applicable to designated Full Speed Student Plan with Extra 4GB Full Speed Local Data offer)

  • The special monthly fee HK$128 / HK$158 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$228 for Full Speed Student Plan, after a rebate of HK$100/ HK$70 per month has been given to the customer.   • Port In Subscription Offer: The customer can enjoy Easy number service per month in first 12-month during contract period when he/she successfully port-in from other mobile operators.   • Actual customer internet experience for 4.5G can vary due to factors such as the relative position between you and the base station, the download server source, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users' devices and other factors that may arise.

  • On subscription of GBA DataRoam Service, monthly local voice minutes allowance and additional local voice minutes purchased under the student service plan can be shared in Hong Kong and Macau for receiving calls from anywhere and local outgoing calls in the same designation.
  • The Customer who subscribes GBA DataRoam Service should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations which cover under GBA DataRoam Service and if the Customer’s accumulated data usage exceeds monthly data allowance under the student service plan, the daily thereafter roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the Customer.
  • GBA DataRoam Service only applicable to the data allowance under the student service plan; any thereafter data usage of Unlimited Data (including “FUP Unlimited Data”) applies to local (Hong Kong) use only. When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations which cover under GBA DataRoam Service and if the Customer’s accumulated data usage exceeds monthly data allowance under the student service plan, the daily thereafter roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the Customer.

RoamFlex Data Pass service plan:
  • The Customer shall use the RoamFlex Data Pass with Term total 24 months. The Term shall start from the service effective date.
  • On subscription of the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan, roaming data allowance and top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased under the RoamFlex Data Pass service plan within the contract period can be shared in designated destinations.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the Customer before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term. The same terms and conditions of this service shall apply unless otherwise stated. The said automatic extension is subject to the final and absolute discretion of the Company at any times.
  • The Customer who subscribe RoamFlex Data Pass should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) If the Customer of the Primary SIM Card subscribes the RoamFlex Data Pass, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • The remaining data entitlement of the RoamFlex Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the Term expired. The new data allowance within contract period of RoamFlex Data Pass will be provided after the new Term / extended Term effective.
  • When the Customer is within the location of designated destinations and if the Customer’s accumulated RoamFlex Data Pass usage exceeds roaming data allowance within contract period and (if applicable) top-up of RoamFlex Data Pass data purchased, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s) for the thereafter roaming data usage.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than designated destinations, the daily roaming data usage will be charged with the original day plan price of Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer and according to the destination(s).
  • RoamFlex Data Pass cannot be subscribed in conjunction with China Macau Data Pack or Greater Bay Area Easy Pack.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) RoamFlex Data Pass is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the roaming data allowance within contract period under RoamFlex Data Pass upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • (If applicable) If the Customer purchased more than one Roaming Data Pass for different group destinations, deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:
    • 1) Roaming data allowance under service plan (DataRoam Service/ Greater Bay Area Data Service/ ExtraCare Bay Area Plan/ SuperCare Bay Area/ Asia/ Worldwide Plan);
    • 2) RoamFlex Data Pass roaming data allowance;

DataRoam Service:

  • The Account Owner is responsible for the specified service plan and has complete financial responsibility for the monthly bill of the specified service plan.

  • At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.

    Any unused top-up local mobile data can be carried forward for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month. This is only applicable to designated service plans (1GB or above) with an “Advise & Consent” mechanism for the purchase of top-up data.

    Other services included: Intra SMS, voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.

    SmarTone Screen Replace™ is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel.

Expat Plan︰
  • Customers are required to pay an admin fee of HK$18/month.
  • The customer shall use credit card autopay to settle the monthly service plan and related service fees. If the customer does not settle his monthly payment by credit card autopay, a deposit of HK$1,000 is required.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full units for computation purposes. Each full unit is based on a per minute airtime.
  • Free intra SMS is available when using a phone to send local SMS to SmarTone customers.
  • Roaming charge & standard roaming data charge apply when roaming. Please ask our store assistants or visit our website for details.
  • Expat Plan is not applicable to 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. If the customer uses this plan on any 2G phones/ connected devices or any phones/ connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, any charges which may incur will be borne by the customer. Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.

Extra Local Data Offer:
  • Only available to customers who have subscribed to Expat Plan upon a 6-month contract subscription.

  • The extra local data cannot be used in conjunction with DataRoam Service. The extra local data will be forfeited upon DataRoam Servicesubscription. The forfeited data will not be refunded or replenished to the customer.

  • On subscription of the Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, monthly data allowance and top-up of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data purchased can be shared in China and Macau.
  • Customer opting for Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, the contract end date will be the same as the subscribed designated Plan.
  • Greater Bay Area Easy Pack is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
  • The customer will be entitled Free "Easy Number" Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack. For details of "Easy Number" Service and China Mobile Number Application Form, please click here.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) The free "Easy Number" Service is only available to Primary SIM Card upon a subscription of a designated SuperCare Family Plan by Primary SIM Card.
  • Any unused monthly entitlement and top-up data of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack - 1.5GB Travel Savvy will be carried forward to next bill month for free and can be used before the end of the next bill month.
  • The Customer who subscribe Greater Bay Area Easy Pack should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated Family plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
  • When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau and if the Customer's accumulated Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data usage exceeds monthly data allowance and top-up of Greater Bay Area Easy Pack data purchased (if applicable), the roaming data usage will be suspended automatically. Virtual WiFi Egg and "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan are not applicable.
  • When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
  • Greater Bay Area Easy Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with DataRoam services and China Macau Data Pack.
  • Greater Bay Area Easy Pack cannot be subscribed separately in conjunction with "Easy Number" Service (excluding the secondary SIM Cards of Family Plan).
  • (Applicable to Family Plan) Greater Bay Area Easy Pack is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated Family plan can enjoy the China Macau monthly data allowance under Greater Bay Area Easy Pack upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.
  • If Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers customer subscribe Greater Bay Area Easy Pack, data entitlement of Macau under Macau 1 Card 2 Numbers will be forfeited.
