Sales Operations Executive (SOS-SOE)
Duties
  • Lead and prepare sales / after-sales policies and procedures in reference to the new service concept and marketing program for frontline handling
  • Arrange frontline briefing and update intranet periodically
  • Support project management including preparation of new provisioning workflow design, user requirement, after-sales logic and UAT process to launch smoothly..etc.
Requirements
  • University graduate with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in telecommunication field
  • Experience in process management or project coordination for sales & customer service functions
  • Positive thinking and out-spoken
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of PC skills
