Retail Channel Analyst (CP-RCA)
  • Build and perform regular production of reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance – driving efficiency for the business units in all aspects
  • Respond to and resolve ad-hoc queries and analysis in a timely and professional manner with understanding of internal and external data sources (e.g. customer, transactional, marketing) and the data models
  • Identify and research trends that require further review and analysis
  • Work with IS Department for data maintenance and clean-up
  • University or above, preferably in Statistics, Business, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis and data management role
  • Experience in Retail operations is preferred
  • Microsoft application proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) with higher level functions in Excel such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, etc.
  • Experience in using Tableau, SAS, Cognos or other statistical software and any visualization tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, etc.)
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret statistical reports and Profit / Loss statements and make recommendations based on those findings
  • Able to work successfully as part of a team, but also on an independent basis
