Temp Administration Officer,6 months contract (BML-TEMP)
  • Responsible for a spectrum of departmental administrative works, including coordinate and manage regular business meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials
  • Provide support to ad hoc marketing project as required
  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Detail oriented and analytical minded
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Immediate available is preferred
