Plan, implement and manage execution of new segment marketing programs (include customer acquisition, growth, engagement and retention) by working closely with cross-functional departments
Expand and manage outreach channels to both new and existing customers
Work close and manage relationships with external partners to explore new business opportunities
Assist in developing and marketing new mobile applications
Collect market intelligence to draw business insight
Prepare program evaluation for each campaign and measure campaign effectiveness
Assist in preparing system user requirements and performing business enhancement initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines is preferable
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry
Strong communication skills
Attention to details, with good interpersonal and project management skill, self-motivated to show strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Chinese WP)
