MARKETING OPERATIONS
Marketing Executive, Segment Marketing (MO-ME)
Duties
  • Plan, implement and manage execution of new segment marketing programs (include customer acquisition, growth, engagement and retention) by working closely with cross-functional departments
  • Expand and manage outreach channels to both new and existing customers
  • Work close and manage relationships with external partners to explore new business opportunities
  • Assist in developing and marketing new mobile applications
  • Collect market intelligence to draw business insight
  • Prepare program evaluation for each campaign and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Assist in preparing system user requirements and performing business enhancement initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to details, with good interpersonal and project management skill, self-motivated to show strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Chinese WP)
  • Knowledge in database management is an advantage
