Customer Success Specialist (1-year Contract) (BML-CS)
  • Provide after sales service and care to customers
  • Provide resolution to customer inquiries and handle feedbacks via different digital and social channels
  • Perform ad hoc duties or projects
  • Secondary Education or above
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented personality enjoy interacting with and helping people from all walks of life
  • With can-do attitude
  • Previous exposure in telecom or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent at digital experience in web browsing and web messaging, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.
  • Flexible to work on shift duties (including weekend and Public Holiday); from 10am to 7pm
