Senior Marketing Executive (BM-SME)
Duties
  • Plan and implement marketing programs independently for customer acquisition and retention to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Monitor and tracking business performance, analyze customer usage and market opportunities to derive appropriate marketing programs
  • Initiate, design and execute the cross-selling programs to maximize the business opportunities
  • Collect and analyze on competitive activities, make timely recommendation and plan for reactive/ preemptive marketing activities
  • Work closely with internal departments on program targets, offering setup, customer fulfillment; and program result monitoring and tacking, evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for on-going improvement
  • Work closely with sales channels in training/ briefing and launching marketing programs
  • To construct marketing collaterals, marketing offers, conduct data mining and analysis, preparing business reporting
  • Liaise with external partners for joint promotion opportunities and responsible for implementation plan
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing / Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of solid marketing experience preferably in telecommunication/banking/IT, or related industry
  • Attentive to details with good analytical skill, self-motivated and result oriented, sensitive to market trend
  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good commercial sense and able to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Access & Chinese WP
