Plan and implement marketing programs independently for customer acquisition and retention to achieve revenue targets and business growth
Monitor and tracking business performance, analyze customer usage and market opportunities to derive appropriate marketing programs
Initiate, design and execute the cross-selling programs to maximize the business opportunities
Collect and analyze on competitive activities, make timely recommendation and plan for reactive/ preemptive marketing activities
Work closely with internal departments on program targets, offering setup, customer fulfillment; and program result monitoring and tacking, evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for on-going improvement
Work closely with sales channels in training/ briefing and launching marketing programs
To construct marketing collaterals, marketing offers, conduct data mining and analysis, preparing business reporting
Liaise with external partners for joint promotion opportunities and responsible for implementation plan
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in Marketing / Business Administration
3 to 5 years of solid marketing experience preferably in telecommunication/banking/IT, or related industry
Attentive to details with good analytical skill, self-motivated and result oriented, sensitive to market trend
A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Good commercial sense and able to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Access & Chinese WP
