Client Services Executive (BM-CCSE)
  • Provide full range of account services proactively to premium corporate clients
  • Handle enquiries from customers, liaise with related parties for follow up actions and handle account related aftersales services in a professional manner
  • Carry out various regular account servicing duties, i.e. billing report generation, users devices training, etc
  • Coordinate with Technical Support Team members for trouble shooting and enquiries on technical issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth corporate account services
  • Higher Diploma or above, preferrably in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling corporate clients
  • Experience in telecom industry is preferred but not a must
  • Good written & spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, meticulous and independent
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure
