Optimal 5G Router Placement

We recommend placing the 5G router in the green area of the unit for a better online experience.

To extend the Wi-Fi coverage, we recommend adding a mesh router at the desired locations for optimal Wi-Fi signal strength.
The image on the left is just an illustration of one possible router placement. For mesh router setup and pairing guide, please refer to the video below.
For internet or technical issues, please visit SmarTone service station in the estate during service hours, or contact our representatives via WhatsApp or hotline 2793 6353.
The optimal 5G router placement is based on measurements from SmarTone's test conducted with particular routers at selected residential units in {{routerPlaceRemark}} in {{routerSeasons}}. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as relative position between user and the base station, the download server resources and internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ device and other factors that may arise. To enhance the internet experience. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as area & layout of the premises, construction materials, and other extraneous factors. Customer may rent a mesh router to extend home Wi-Fi coverage if needed.
