Thereafter local data charge basis on 'Advise and Consent' is applied to above Plans:
'Advise and Consent' basis, thereafter data ceiling capped dose not apply to 4G service plans. At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the allowance, an SMS will be sent to the customer to advise of this. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up which can be used for the remaining period of the bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new month's data allowance. For customers who subscribe an unlimited data plan with speed throttling, upload and download data access speed will be restricted to not less than 1Mbps after the monthly data usage has reached 30GB or 10GB, before and after expiry of the promotion period, respectively. In any circumstance, actual data transmission speeds may vary from time to time due to internet traffic conditions outside of the control of SmarTone.

At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Above service plans applicable to 4G service.
Online subscription service is applicable to new / mobile number porting customers only.
Sign up for a 24-month contract is required.
These plans only cover mobile phone local data usage, excluding tethering.
The roaming data service has been barred on your new SIM. If you would like to activate the roaming data service, please press #109*99#. To suspend the roaming data service again, please press *109*99#.

SIM Only Integrated Voice and Data Plans are only applicable to phone usage (except for 2G phones or any phones which has manually opted for 2G network), but not applicable to any connected devices.
