Allow three working days for the payment transaction to be processed.
Autopay -- Direct Debit
Please bring along the authorisation forms and apply for direct debit at SmarTone stores or Banco Delta Asia, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, Bank of China, Luso International Banking Limited, Tai Fung Bank and Weng Hang Bank.
Once approved, your service charge will be settled automatically each month by direct debit. You don't need to worry about late payment any more.
Autopay -- Credit Card Direct Debit
Please bring along the authorisation forms and apply for credit card direct debit at SmarTone stores in person, or by post to "SmarTone Mobile Communications (Macau) Limited, Av Xian Xing Hai, Centro Golden Dragon, 12 andar A-F, K-L & N, Macau". Please state "Payment Settle" on the envelope.
Once approved, your service charge will be settled automatically each month by credit card direct debit. You don't need to worry about late payment any more.
Pay at Bank
You can settle payment at Banco Delta Asia, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, Bank of China and Luso International Banking Limited.
Phone Banking Bill Payment Service
You can pay by phone if you have a phone banking account at the Bank of China, Luso International Banking Limited or Tai Fung Bank. Please refer to your bank for details.
If you are a registered user of Banco Nacional Ultramarino or Bank of China, you can pay online. Please refer to the relevant bank for service application enquiries.
Outgoing call services will be barred if the payment has not been settled by the payment due date.
