Top up effective time via 'Jetco' and 'ETC' will take 30 minutes and 2 working days respectively

Phone Banking/Internet Banking Service
To top up via the 24-hour Phone Banking and Internet Banking Service from HSBC or Hang Seng Bank, just key in your mobile number under 'Bill/Account/Invoice Number' to complete the transaction
The top up value will be loaded to your account within two working days
If the top up amount is less than $100, a $2 e-payment handling fee will be charged per transaction
