Most repairs (apart from exceptional cases) are completed within two hours.

An inspection fee will be charged if the product warranty has expired.

If you cannot come in person, you may authorise a third party to do so on your behalf by providing a signed authorisation letter together with a copy of your Hong Kong ID card.

Note: please note that from 13 September 2007 our retail stores will no longer be able to accept handsets for repair.
