For existing subscriber:
bring along your handset with the SIM card to settle all outstanding balances and unbilled charges
if you cannot come with the new subscriber, please provide a signed authorisation letter and a copy of your HKID to the new subscriber for presentation

For new subscriber:
Present your HKID card
Submit a valid proof of address (Chi/Eng) received within the last three months
Pay one month's service fee in advance
SIM Card Replacement In case of lost/damaged/permanent blocked SIM.
