The Service 2.1 This Service is applicable for both 3G and WiFi connection. 2.2 The amount of data consumed varies with different services and its usage. Data usage will be deducted from your data plan. We suggest you to subscribe to our data plan to save cost and avoid unnecessary bill shock. To avoid high roaming charges, we recommend that you subscribe to our roaming data pack or use Wi-Fi whilst overseas. Please check with your mobile operator about the respective data charges. 2.3 To give the best performance, we recommend that you use a smartphone with iOS 4.3 or above /Android 2.2 or above, a 600MHz or above processor and at least 3.2" screen. Any actions on jailbroken or rooted devices are taken at your own risk. 2.4 If you pay your bill via SmarTone, please register an account in SmarTone's 3G network. 2.5 This Service is for users aged 18 years and above only. 2.6 Customers can enjoy the HKJC Mobile Online Betting Service via SmarTone network only, and should hold a valid SmarTone betting SIM as well as a HKJC betting account.
