The contract term for Basic Combo, Premium Channels (except Market Watch & i-Cable Finance Info (Trading broadcast)), Premium Entertainment Combo and Adult Combo is 12 months ('Term'). |

For Customer who has selected Basic Combo
The Customer shall pay the Company liquidated damages (the monthly fee for Basic Combo multiply by the number of months in the remaining Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:

If the Customer terminates any of the selected FoneTV service plan; |
| 2.2 |
If the Customer changes the mobile telephone number / the registered name for the mobile telephone number; or |
| 2.3 |
If the mobile telephone service for the mobile telephone number is terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.

For Customer who has selected Premium Channels (Contract Offer)
The Customer shall pay the Company liquidated damages (the monthly fee for the applicable service plans for the relevant Premium Channels selected by the Customer multiply by the number of months in the remaining Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:

If the Customer terminates any of the selected FoneTV service plan; |
| 3.2 |
If the Customer changes the mobile telephone number / the registered name for the mobile telephone number; or |
| 3.3 |
If the mobile telephone service for the mobile telephone number is terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.

For Customer who has subscribed Premium Entertainment Combo / Adult Combo
The Customer shall pay the Company liquidated damages (the original monthly fee applicable for each of the Channels under Betting Combo, Premium Entertainment Combo / Adult Combo multiply by the number of months in the remaining Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:

If the Customer terminates any of the selected FoneTV service plan; |
| 4.2 |
If the Customer changes the mobile telephone number / the registered name for the mobile telephone number; or |
| 4.3 |
If the mobile telephone service for the mobile telephone number is terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.
