Following the success of the event in 2008, SmarTone-Vodafone HK Challenge 2010 was taken place from 28-30 October in Sai Kung and Tai Po areas. Over three days and two nights, the 24 teams from leading corporations had to outperform each other in five stages of strategic, mental and physical team challenges.
After the five stages of competition, Leighton International beat off stiff competition from other companies and was crowned the overall champion, Ericsson-SmarTone-Vodafone ranked second and MTR ranked third.
A key element of the SmarTone-Vodafone HK Challenge is to raise funds for the Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP). With the dedication of all participating teams, HK$200,000 had been raised for the SmarTone-Vodafone AYP International Exchange Programme Fund to support underprivileged young people taking part in the international exchange programmes of AYP.
