Q1: Can I use oleGoK on WiFi?

Yes. oleGok can be used on WiFi and mobile network.

Q2: Can I sign in to oleGoK using the same account on two mobile devices simultaneously?
A2:

No. You can only sign in to oleGoK on one mobile device at any one time.

Q3: What should I do if I need support for the app?

Q4: Is there a limit to the number of karaoke songs that can be downloaded?

No, as long as your mobile device has enough internal memory.

Q5: Can I make a copy of the my downloaded song and play the song on another mobile device?
A5:

No. Downloaded songs can only be played via the app and cannot be copied to another mobile device.

Q6: Which platforms support oleGoK?
A6:

oleGoK can be used on smartphones and tablets running iOS 8.0 or above and Android™ 4.0 or above.
(supporting the resolution of 1920x1080, 1280x720 and 1024x768).

Q7: Why is the background music and subtitle of the music videos sometimes not well synchronised?
A7:

It may be due to:
1. Lots of background tasks or apps running, so you should terminate them before using oleGoK
2. Lots of music videos are waiting to be downloaded, so you should wait till all the download are completed.

Q8: Can I connect to my home theatre system with my own cables?
A8:

Yes, if the AV cables are compatible with oleGoK. Alternatively, you can get the Home Entertainment Kit for FREE if you sign up a 12-month contract.

Q10: Which television models and mobile devices support the Home Entertainment Kit?
A10: Home Entertainment Kit must be compatible with the use of television models which support HDMI input and MHL-enabled Android devices at the same time, please click here for details. For customers using an iOS device, it must be video mirroring-enabled and you should purchase a suitable Digital AV adapter for connecting to a television which supports HDMI input. Q11: Can I use oleGoK when I am abroad?

Yes. You can use oleGoK locally and abroad. If you browse oleGoK content, stream or download music tracks while abroad, standard roaming data charges will apply. Please click here for details. In addition, you can also utilise the offline mode in oleGoK app to have fun with the downloaded songs.
