We understand that account owners may have different needs and preferences in the level of autonomy that they offer to their subsidiary line users. Therefore, we offer the following services to enable account owners to conveniently and flexibly manage their accounts:
Subsidiary Line User Privacy
To allow for greater user privacy, the account owner has the option to forgo the viewing of subsidiary line users’ usage details. The account owner and the user can simply visit any of our stores, together or separately, for identity verification in order to register for this option.
Subsidiary Line User Authorisation
Per Purchase Consent
With Per Purchase Consent, an account owner can provide approval to subsidiary line users for service plan subscription with handset without having to visit our stores - saving time and trouble.
Whenever subsidiary line users wish to subscribe to a service plan with handset, they can simply visit any of our stores.
Our staff will call the account owner on behalf of the users and verify the account owner’s identity by requesting the account owner to input the 6-digit PIN.
Following identity confirmation, our staff will advise the account owner of the users’ purchase request and send a message with information on the relevant service plan to the account owner.
After a detailed walkthrough of the information by our staff, the account owner can either approve or reject the request.
The full conversation will be recorded. With the account owner’s approval, the subsidiary line users can then sign a Sales & Services Agreement on behalf of the account owner to complete the purchase.
If an account owner wishes to offer subsidiary line users full autonomy to manage their lines from purchasing apps & services to service plan subscription with handset, the account owner and the user can simply visit any of our stores, together or separately, for identity verification in order to register for this option.
