  • Voice calls made by paired Apple devices under this service will incur voice usage, counted as voice minutes, which will be deducted from your subscribed service plan.
  • Usage of this service on paired Apple devices will incur data usage. If the paired Apple devices are connected to SmarTone's mobile network, the data usage will be deducted from the relevant subscribed service plan and charged at the applicable fee thereafter. Alternatively, it will be charged based on the standard data charges. If the paired Apple devices are connected to other networks, please check with the relevant mobile operators regarding data charges

  • The Service is only available to existing customers who have subscribed to the Company's 4G plan.
  • Compatible iPhone and Apple devices are required for the Service, and your iPhone must be set as the master device and activate VoLTE.
  • To use the Service, your Apple devices are required to sign in to iCloud and FaceTime using the same Apple ID used on your iPhone, and data connection is required.
  • When using services which require a data connection, service performance may be affected by the network performance of the relevant network provider.
  • 3-month Free Trial Program
    • - iCallingPlus 3-month Free Trial Program is only available to customers who registering for iCallingPlus service for the first time.
    - iCallingPlus service will be automatically terminated after the free trial.
  • Outgoing calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers will incur applicable IDD charges.
  • The Service does not support making and receiving calls outside Hong Kong.
